It is for your kind information that we have two Sb accounts with minimum FD of 5 Lacs each in both ac with your bank

At the time of opening these ac & issued FD’s Mr Navin & Mr Sandeep may be visit at my residence & committed that their is no minimum balance is required with 5 lac FD & also says that their is no penalty in commission % bank has charged if we withdraw the FD’s before maturity period within of 6 months
So then we open two ac with 5 lac FD’s
These both FD’s make in year May & Aug 2018
But now we have urgent required of payment due to a marriage function.Maturity due in 3rd may & 22 Aug 2021
That time of making FD’s rate of interest @ 8.30% annually
So today when I visit to bank branch at clock tower bathinda pb Mr Sandeep tells that now if we withdraw it now today bank have give interest @ 8.10% only.
Tell me Why,how it possible its show that have you committed us wrong
2ndly you also open our sb ac in different different category

We don’t know about it one of your bank employee tells us about it so now if i want to send Rtgs from Shanti devi ac,Then Your bank will be charged charges for that Rtgs.Its also a 2nd wrong commitment
So tell us who is responsible for that
We are both most senior citizens Age 80 year plus
Now its a request to you kindly look into this matter earliest ASAP,
